Future Vision
Built on a vision of transforming the NewQuay precinct into a place where residents, visitors and business can thrive, MAB began work on the NewQuay precinct over 25 years ago with a goal to create a new way for Melbourne to experience life on the waterfront.
Informed by a collaborative and solutions focused approach the future western precinct, Quay Park, encompasses the entire western half of NewQuay’s waterfront and is set to be Docklands’ premier residential address.
Expect further updates about Quay Park in November of 2027.
Looking Forward
Quay Park will mark the final residential chapter in the NewQuay masterplan and proposes 1200 apartments across five waterfront buildings – situated on approximately 30,000 sqm of parkland.
Circa, the first release represents an elegant building that references both classical and modernist architecture. With a design focus on contemporary craftsmanship, and beautiful materials, it sets a new architectural benchmark for Melbourne, a sophisticated city renowned for its culture of creativity.
MAB – An investment partner in Docklands
With $2.5 billion invested to date and 2,500 apartments delivered across its 14-hectare site, this waterfront precinct continues to evolve alongside MAB’s commitment to enriching the public realm through seven art installations and high-quality open spaces, complemented by the scenic pedestrian boardwalk linking the precinct to the city.
