Sant‘Elia waterfront podium apartments were completed in 2002 as part of the second stage of the residential buildings at NewQuay along with the Palladio and the Boyd towers.

Sant’Elia forms the strong horizontal element addressing the NewQuay promenade in contrast to the vertical tower elements behind. Accommodating 45 apartments, Sant’Elia has its own distinct identity and address highlighted by the robust core ten sculptures on the promenade.
