FREE Winter Experience

Winter is well and truly here so pop down to The District Docklands for a truly magical Winter experience with free Snow Play! Plus, you can take a selfie with the resident Woolly Mammoth or a family portrait next to the giant snow globe.

If you really want to create a little virtual mayhem, try your hand at the Snow Slinger – a chance to fling a barrage of virtual snowballs completely mess free! For the artistic at heart, the thrilling live ice-carving shows are not to be missed!

And each Sunday take a walk through the creative and colourful market stalls at the Winder Edition of The District Makers Market. So, grab your beanies, scarves and gloves and make your way down to The District Docklands this Winter for snowfields of fun!

1. Snow Play
   Build your very own snowman and make snow angels without leaving Melbourne!
   Dates: Every Saturday and Sunday

2. Virtual Reality Snow Slinger
   Challenge your family to a playful snow fight inside the Virtual Reality Snow Slinger.
   Dates: Every Saturday and Sunday
   Times: 12pm – 4pm
   Where: Star Crescent, near BONDS
3. Live Ice Carving Shows
   Watch the amazing skills of the ice sculptors turning a block of ice into a piece of art.
   Dates: Every Saturday and Sunday
   Times: 1pm – 2.30pm
   Where: The Stage, near H&M
4. The District Makers Market – Winter Edition
   Take a walk through the creative and colourful market stalls showcasing a variety of art, craft, jewellery, homewares, gifts and artisanal produce, and enjoy entertainment by local artists.
   Date: Every Sunday until 26 August 2018
