In 2002, MAB Corporation founders, Michael and Andrew Buxton, boldly imagined something remarkable for Melbourne. To transform its disused and desolate harbour frontage into a sophisticated waterfront precinct of a world class standard.

They teamed with acclaimed architects Karl Fender, Nonda Katsalidis and Charles Justin to create contemporary apartments, a promenade with restaurants, bars, cafes and shops, a spectacular marina plus a business precinct that is now home to some of Australia's most influential business names.
