Docklands Turns it on for the Festive SeasonThe jolly performers will fill the waterfront promenade with Christmas cheer every Friday from 6 to 9pm and on Saturdays and Sundays from 1 to 4pm through to December 23, adding to the colour of a magnificent Christmas tree and festive decorations. Then on New Year's Eve, NewQuay will be one of the best locations in Melbourne to welcome 2008 as two spectacular fireworks displays are set to dazzle harbour-side audiences. Both the 9:15pm and midnight shows will be synchronised to music played throughout the entire waterfront precinct. So, no matter where in NewQuay you decide to be on NYE this year, a heart-thumping introduction to 2008 is guaranteed!
