SLOW DOWN AND SAVOUR WINTER DELIGHTS AT DOCKLANDS


Slow Sundays presents an opportunity to experience a tantalizing range of dishes prepared by the precinct's leading chefs for a fraction of the normal cost.

Throughout August, diners can let their tastebuds take them on a tour of one award-winning restaurant after the other and also enjoy a delicious assortment of beautifully matched wines for only $15 per person.

Live performances by roving jazz entertainers Parisienne Swing and Martin Campbell will also add a distinctly European touch to the afternoon.

Slow Sundays at Docklands will run each Sunday throughout August from 12pm to 5pm.
The cost per chef selection, inclusive of a glass of wine, is $15.

 

Slow Sundays special offers throughout the month include

James Squire Brewhouse & Restaurant: Chicken Parmigiana or Cheese Burger washed down with a pot of James Squire beer. Alternatively, two people can indulge in slices of Chocolate Cake and two pots of James Squire beer

The Wine & Cheese Providore: a selection of antipasto and fresh cheeses served with Providore Mornington Chardonnay

LiveBait: A glass of Mornington Peninsula chardonnay served with either Prawn and Pork Dumplings in a Kaffir Chilli Broth or Red Curry of Catfish with Jasmine Rice

Liquid: Tapas selection matched with Sauvignon Blanc or Vegetarian Lasagne served with glass of Merlot

Bopha Devi: Pumpkin Parcel, Corn Cakes, Tofu Cakes and Tofu Rice Paper Rolls served with Terra Felix Chardonnay. Alternatively, opt for Beef Skewers, Chicken Ribs and Prawn Puck served with Terra Felix Shiraz Viogner

Hot Chocolate: Rich Moist Chocolate Cake or Chocolate Crème Frasier served with Irish Cream Coffee or Crown Lager

Kobe Jones: a choice of Spicy Kimchi Cabbage, Mushroom and Chicken Broth or Chicken Karage and Vegetable Rolls served with a glass of beer or sparkling wine

BeachClub: Chef's Tapas Selection or Plate of Paprika Spiced Lamb Parcels, Feta Dip and Olives served with house beer or wine
